Terms of Service
The service and credit
XISA provides software and hosting for managing photos, analysis, captions, recommendations, and background music. A credit pack pays for account benefits, hosting, curation, and computation. It is not exclusive ownership of the music. Credit is bought once, stays on the account, does not expire, and does not renew by itself. 1 credit = 50 photos. The price, and any refund information, is what Apple shows at purchase.
Your content
You keep the rights in what you upload, and you allow XISA to process it as needed to provide, sync, back up, analyze, display, and improve the features you ask for. You need the right to upload and process that content. Do not use the service to infringe someone else’s rights, or for anything illegal or that undermines security.
Music and open licenses
These terms do not limit rights you already have under a third-party open license or for public-domain material.
Some background music is made from public-domain works, openly licensed digital scores or MIDI, and openly licensed sound libraries. Licenses such as CC BY and CC BY-SA allow commercial use, and may require attribution, sharing alike, and no technical restrictions. The license that applies, the source, what was changed, and your right to reuse it are in Music sources and licenses. Do not treat that music as exclusively owned by XISA, or as something you may not copy and share under its open license.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass security or usage limits, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, bulk-collect someone else’s private content, or imply endorsement by XISA, a composer, a performance-data maker, or a sound-library author. Ordinary caching or downloading of openly licensed music is not further restricted by these terms, but the applicable license still applies.
Changes and responsibility
Features, the music library, and third-party services may be updated, paused, or removed. We take reasonable care of the service and of data security. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that generated content is fully accurate. Where the law allows, XISA is not liable for indirect loss beyond what is reasonably foreseeable. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are unaffected.
